With Boban, he’s a heck of an offensive player. He really is. People look at his size and think it’s just his size.”There is more to Marjanovic’s game, though. In his first extended minutes, in the Clippers’ victory over the Nuggets on Tuesday night in Denver, Marjanovic displayed an excellent touch from the free-throw line, solid footwork around the basket and enough finesse to set screens that freed teammates for open shots, especially guard Lou Williams.Marjanovic and Williams worked a two-man game to perfection, enabling the Clippers to rally from a 19-point deficit in the third quarter to defeat the Nuggets and temporarily move into a playoff spot. The Clippers didn’t have their legs to start the game against the Rockets and trailed by as many as 25 points in the first quarter. The Clippers made a determined run in the third quarter, but couldn’t catch up.““To me, it’s all the energy stuff, all the other stuff (that decided the game),” he said. “I just thought (the Rockets) were quicker, faster to the ball (Wednesday), and it happens. I don’t think anybody wants to not play well.
